I have used the system for a while with some guys I race with in DC and I think it's a very good system.  Is it the best?  I don't know...I would say it's the best I have used so far.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;It's an RF based lap counter with some really advanced features.  Each transponder (small recording tag underneath  the car)  can be configured to store an image of the driver and some of their stats.
